As an Integrative Health Coach and Personal Trainer, Alana uses Mindfulness and Yoga as tools to find balance with what life brings. Alana provides Health Coaching,  Hypnotherapy, Personal Training, and Individual Yoga.

Integrative Health Coaching is a client-centered process that facilitates and empowers the client to achieve self determined goals. Coaches help their clients explore and come up with the best choices for them based on where they are and the client’s vision for their future. The goal is to support our clients to live a value-driven life regardless of the type of goals being addressed. Your Coach is your advocate. We want the best from you. We will work with you to help you reach your goals and to succeed. Your coach will hold you accountable and challenge you to grow.

Integrative Health Coaching helps the client to explore and come up with the best choices by identify health risks through simple health screenings, clarifying priorities, and coming up with a plan of action aligned with the client’s values to help them live a more fulfilling life.

Alana is a certified Hypnotherapist and sometimes uses hypnotherapy to support clients in achieving their desired outcomes. Hypnotherapy is a widely accepted tool in psychology today. In 1958, both the American Medical Association and the American Psychological Association recognized hypnotherapy as a valid medical procedure. Since 1995, the National Institutes of Health (NIH) has recommended hypnotherapy as a treatment for chronic pain.

It is a trance-like state characterized by relaxation and heightened imagination, which helps the client become more open to suggestions, such as ways to change behavior. The client and coach brainstorm together on suggestions that would be helpful in resolving the client’s issue. For example, people who have panic attacks may be given the suggestion that, in the future, they will be able to relax whenever they want.

During hypnosis, the body relaxes and thoughts become more focused. Like other relaxation techniques, hypnosis lowers blood pressure and heart rate, and changes certain types of brain wave activity. In this relaxed state, you will feel at ease physically yet fully awake mentally and may be highly responsive to suggestion. they co-create with the hypnotherapist.
