Alana Grier, LMT, E-RYT, is a professionally trained dancer who began studying Matriarchal Belly Dance in 1986. Since then she has danced through five pregnancies & births. Her Tribal Fusion Bellydance class is a supportive community for women of all ages and phases of life through dance.
